1. Company Details
Imperial Games Limited operates the website and physical retail shop located at 31A & 31B Sidwell Street, Exeter, EX4 6NN. By placing an order online or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and are inclusive of standard UK VAT where applicable. We accept online payments via Stripe (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Clearpay) and in-store payments via cash and Dojo handheld card machines.
3. Pre-Orders & Allocations
Pre-orders are billed at the time of purchase or secured via a deposit. In the rare event of manufacturer allocation cutbacks from publishers (Games Workshop, Wizards of the Coast, Pokémon Company), orders are fulfilled in strict chronological order, and any unfulfilled orders will receive a full immediate refund.
4. In-Store Gaming Room Code of Conduct
Our gaming room is an inclusive, friendly community space. Harassment, unsportsmanlike behaviour, unapproved trading of goods for cash on premises, and damage to store terrain will result in immediate removal and suspension of table booking privileges.
