30-day straightforward returns for all online and in-store purchases.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may return any unopened, sealed board game, miniature kit, or accessory within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must remain in their original shrink-wrap and factory packaging.
2. Trading Card Games (TCGs) & Blind Packs
Due to secondary market volatility, opened trading card booster packs, booster boxes with broken factory seal, and single cards are strictly non-returnable once opened, unless defective or damaged in transit.
3. How to Return an Item
You can return items either in-person at our shop counter (31A & 31B Sidwell Street, Exeter) or by post. To start a postal return, email support@imperialgames.co.uk with your order number.
